Our Shipping Policy

We offer Free shipping on all orders in the USA with NO minimum purchase required.
We only process and ship orders within the continental USA.

• FREE - UPS Ground, delivered in 2-8 business days (unless specified in the product description, if there is a shipping delay it will list the time frame for shipping)

​When will my order be shipped?  

• Most orders are shipped in 1-3 business days and delivered in 2-8 business days (depending on your location, items shipped from Utah/Idaho.  If there is a shipping delay, it will be listed in the product description).
• You will receive a shipping notification by email when your order is shipped.  
• Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns with your order or shipping and/or delivery. 
• If your package is lost during shipping and does not show as delivered, it is insured and we will gladly send you another package.  Once your tracking shows delivered we are not responsible after that point, however if you can't find it we will do everything in our power to help locate the package.

If you choose to cancel your order before the estimated shipping time on your order, there will be a $45 order cancellation fee if you paid with a credit card or a $30 fee if you paid with paypal. (We are charged processing fees when you place an order, even if you cancel)
