The plate should be installed over the tow vehicle's gooseneck ball underneath the base of the Ultimate Connection. The safety chains can be connected to the plate using either the chain hooks or the shackles.
#3249 - Ultimate Connection Safety Chains with Plate
This kit includes a specially designed plate to simplify the installation of your Andersen Ultimate Connection Safety Chains. The plate should be installed over the tow vehicle's gooseneck ball underneath the base of the Ultimate Connection. The safety chains can be connected to the plate using either the chain hooks or the shackles.
NOTE: The two eyelet bolts replace the kingpin coupler bolts that ship with the Ultimate 5th Wheel Connection (Gooseneck version).

The Anti-Slip Kit prevents any potential scratching and slipping of the Ultimate on the bed of the truck.

#3247 - Rota-Flex "Lockout" Kit
If you plan to use an Andersen Ultimate Connection with a Trailair Rota-Flex Pin Box, we recommend that you install a Rota-Flex Lockout Kit. This kit is designed to prevent the rubber pad in your Rota-Flex pin box from shifting over time. This kit is designed to fit most Rota-Flex pin boxes, but there are a few newer models that need longer steel bars. For those customers who need an extended kit, get the 3247-XTD instead. **THIS KIT INCLUDES: 2 Steel Bars, 2 Threaded Bolts, 2 Lock Nuts
#3247-XTD - Extended Rota-Flex "Lockout" Kit
Our Rota-Flex Lockout Kit is required when using an Ultimate 5th Wheel Connection with any Rota-Flex pin box to prevent damage to the hitch and/or tow vehicle. It also keeps the rubber pad in your Rota-Flex pin box from shifting over time. This kit is designed with longer bars than our standard Lockout Kit (#3247) to fit larger pin boxes. **THIS KIT INCLUDES: 2 Steel Bars, 2 Threaded Bolts, 2 Lock Nuts.
