We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund (less shipping and processing fees paid by Hitchstop.com, which can be 10-20% of purchase price, depending on the item).
If you receive your order and there are parts missing or damaged, please contact us at orders@hitchstop.com or (385) 209-4309 and we will make it right.
How do I return an item? Please e-mail us at orders@hitchstop.com to let us know that you would like to return an item and the reason. We will give you an RA# and the address to return item to.
You must have have the RA# on the shipping box in order to have your return processed.
Items must be returned in the original box, taped up. (if you do not have the original box, your item might not be returnable).
Make sure all parts are included, if a return is received with parts missing, a refund will not be issued.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel your order before it has been shipped, there is a $45 cancellation fee that will be deducted when we process your refund. We are charged processing fees each time an order is placed, when you cancel the order we are still charged those fees as well as processing the refund. We appreciate your understanding.
