"I cannot say enough about Donna and The Hitch Stop. She offers good prices, she's upfront and honest, has excellent customer service, and she will go out of her way to help you out. I first contacted Donna about buying a new hitch. Long story short, she ended up contacting the dealer for me and got my previous hitch, which I was having issues with, covered under warranty and got the manufacturer to give me a huge discount on a brand new hitch. Knowing this would cost her a $700 sale, she did it anyways to keep me happy and make things right. Now that's customer service! She's also made a hundred phone calls and checked prices on a ton of different items for me. She's easy to talk to and always gets back to you right away.
